AN hose ends & adaptors
Straights through to 180° sweeps, port adaptors, unions, caps and plugs — classic red/blue or murdered-out black.
The 24/7 Hose & Fittings performance range — CNC-machined AN fittings, braided hose, catch cans and cooler kits for hot rods, muscle cars, burnout rigs, customs and big-horsepower street machines. Stocked locally on the Sunshine Coast with advice from people who actually plumb cars.
The brand
24/7 Hose & Fittings is an Australian performance brand run by racing mechanics, fabricators and performance parts specialists — gear that's plumbed some of the country's quickest drag cars, street cars and elite show builds.
Every 24/7 fitting is machined from 6061-T6 aluminium and CNC'd to spec — proper anodising, proper threads, proper sealing. Quality parts at prices that don't punish you for building at home.
VMECH Solutions is a distributor and reseller of the 24/7 range, stocked locally — so instead of waiting on freight, you can grab fittings mid-build and talk through the routing with someone who speaks fluent AN.
Billet-grade alloy fittings with clean threads and consistent anodising — no porous castings.
The same parts running on serious drag, burnout and show cars across Australia and New Zealand.
Sunshine Coast supply with real fitment advice — sizing, routing and fluid compatibility sorted before you buy.
The range
Straights through to 180° sweeps, port adaptors, unions, caps and plugs — classic red/blue or murdered-out black.
Stainless and nylon-braided hose, including PTFE-lined options for fuels that eat rubber.
Baffled oil catch cans that keep blow-by out of the intake — and the engine bay looking finished.
Cooler kits with the lines, fittings and mounting hardware to do it once — vital behind a converter that works for a living.
Silicone joiners, elbows and quality clamps for intake and coolant plumbing.

Cheat sheet
AN sizes count in sixteenths of an inch — a -6 line is 6/16″ = ⅜″ ID. Typical street/strip applications:
| AN size | Hose ID | Typical jobs |
|---|---|---|
| -4 AN | ¼″ | Gauge feeds, vacuum/boost reference, brake adaptation |
| -6 AN | ⅜″ | EFI fuel lines on street power, oil feeds |
| -8 AN | ½″ | Fuel systems on serious power, oil lines |
| -10 AN | ⅝″ | High-flow fuel, oil drains, catch-can plumbing |
| -12 AN | ¾″ | Trans cooler & oil cooler lines, big fuel systems |
| -16 AN | 1″ | Coolant plumbing, dry-sump systems |
| -20 AN | 1¼″ | Radiator hoses on custom front-ends |
Fluid compatibility
The fastest way to ruin a fuel system is hose that wasn't made for the fuel in it. Rubber-cored braided hose is fine for pump fuel and oil — but E85 and methanol slowly destroy it from the inside.
Not sure? Tell us the fuel, the pump and the power goal — we'll spec the liner, the size and the fittings in one go.
Builds we back
This side of VMECH exists because we're car people too. Bring the build past, talk through the routing, and leave with parts that bolt up the first time — whether it's a full fuel system or one adaptor to finish the job tonight.
Local pickup on the Sunshine Coast, and we can sort shipping for anything we don't have on the shelf.
Performance FAQ
Depends on fuel, pump and whether it's a return or returnless system — as a rough street guide, -6 covers most EFI street builds, -8 suits serious pump-fuel power, and E85 needs a size up because you flow roughly 30% more fuel. Call with the combo and we'll size it properly rather than guessing.
Rubber-cored is cheaper, more flexible and fine for pump fuel, oil and trans fluid. PTFE is the move for E85, methanol, brake and clutch lines, and anywhere you never want fuel smell through the cover. We stock both.
Yes — common AN sizes, hose and the popular 24/7 gear live on the shelf locally. Anything else in the 24/7 catalogue we can get quickly. Calling ahead means it's waiting for you.
Yep. We'll help you measure, cut and assemble braided lines with the right ends, and sanity-check the routing while we're at it. First braided-line assembly? We'll show you the trick to it.
