VMECH Solutions is an owner-operated Sunshine Coast business built on a simple idea: whether it's a 30-tonne excavator or a blown small-block, the plumbing should never be the thing that lets it down.
The story
Born on the tools, not in a boardroom
VMECH started where most good trade businesses do — with someone who got sick of seeing it done badly.
Years around earthmoving and industrial hydraulics taught us the pattern: machines down for days waiting on a hose, assemblies crimped from mismatched parts, and "advice" from people who'd never bled a circuit in their life.
So we built the answer into a truck: a mobile hydraulic workshop carrying code-matched Masterhose hose and fittings, an on-board crimper, and a phone that gets answered at 2am. Trusted solutions when performance matters isn't a slogan we workshopped — it's the standard the whole business is measured against.

The heavy-duty side
Hydraulic hose, fittings, lubrication systems and breakdown support for the machines that build, clear and feed this region.
Earthmoving, civil, roads, land clearing, agriculture, transport and industrial equipment — if it runs oil through a hose, the VMECH truck services it. Hoses are made and crimped on site from ¼″ to 1½″, fittings are matched properly, and lubrication setups keep the wear parts alive between services.

The other half of VMECH lives at idle lopes and big timeslips — hot rods, muscle cars, burnout rigs and street machines.
As a distributor of the 24/7 Hose & Fittings performance range, we supply CNC-machined AN fittings, braided hose, catch cans and cooler kits — with sizing and fluid-compatibility advice from people who plumb their own builds. It's the same obsession with doing it properly, pointed at horsepower instead of hydraulics.
